Yesterday, Bill and I performed the most beautiful ritual.  We decorated the alter with candles, pictures and icons, and other personal items that held special significance to each of us.  We listened to a CD of African songs and drumming to which we danced and sang for almost an hour.  What an amazing spiritual experience!  We have done trance ( Read more... )
